Shipping Information

Regular Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated by weight of the products being purchased. Shipping charges are applied per each individual mailing address. Subscriptions purchased are excluded from total order value calculations as shipping is already included in the cost of a subscription.

When Your Order Will Arrive
In-stock orders shipped via 'Standard' shipping in Canada will be sent Canada Post to arrive in 7-14 business days. Continental U.S. are shipped via USPS to arrive within 7-14 business days. Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico takes up to 21 business days. Surface mail to foreign areas will take 8-12 weeks.

International Orders
International orders are accepted to select countries where shipping is offered. Surface mail will be used for delivery to foreign areas. We're sorry, but we cannot trace your order once it leaves our warehouse.

Order Tracking
We're sorry, but we can only put a trace on those orders which are shipped via expedited service. We can, however, tell you when your order was processed. Please check your account for order history information.
